Program & Service Meeting

Job Analysis Meeting with Hiring User

Service Duration

Our recruitment service is designed to be efficient yet thorough, with an estimated completion time of up to 60 working days, starting from the job analysis meeting with the client’s hiring team. The actual duration may vary depending on the complexity of the role, market availability of talent, and response time from the client during the process.

Fee Structure

Our recruitment service fees are as follows:

  • Rp3.000.000 per candidate for roles requiring less than 3 years of experience
  • Rp5.000.000 per candidate for roles requiring 3 or more years of experience

The Recruitment Training was attended by 77 participants, consisting of HR professionals and industry experts. 

Our company is hosting the “Recruitment & Selection Training: Overcome Bad Hiring with Effective Recruitment Strategies.” This certified, intensive online workshop will take place over four days. This training is specifically designed to help companies address ineffective recruitment processes by applying targeted strategies. During the workshop, participants will learn best practices in recruitment and selection, including techniques to identify candidates who align with the company’s needs and avoid costly hiring mistakes.
