Job Description
- Developing and posting job descriptions on various recruitment platforms
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
- Conducting initial interviews and scheduling further interviews with hiring managers
- Maintaining candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
- Coordinating interview schedules and candidate feedback sessions with hiring managers
- Handling employment offers and assisting with onboarding processes
- Managing candidate databases and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in recruitment or HR-related role preferred
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling candidate information
- A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
