Job Description
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles across departments,
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process,
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in organizing career fairs and recruitment events,
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by helping to create recruitment-related content for social media and job boards,
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems,
- Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements :
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree, fresh graduate are welcome to apply,
- Passion for talent acquisition and interest in recruitment processes,
- Strong communication and organizational skills,
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks,
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and any recruitment tools is a plus,
- Willingness to work from the office (WFO) in Jakarta.
