Job Description

  •  Assist to handle Internal hiring
  • Conduct sourcing and approaching potential candidates through various platforms
  • Assist executive recruiter for HR interview & User Interview
  • Assist in reference check & talent pool

Job Requirements :

  • Fresh graduates (or minimum in 5th semester/final year student) majoring in Psychology or related major.
  • Headhunter/consultant background is preferred.
  • Fluent in English is a must (Mandarin will be a plus).
  • Have related experience or skill in recruiting, employer branding, or other HR functions.
  • Interest and willingness to explore the HR Recruitment field with strong interpersonal skill.
  • Initiative and good communication.

Working Arrangement: 9 AM – 6 PM (Hybrid)
