- Support training need analysis and learning preparation
- Assist in organizing training sessions and learning programs
- Assist in developing training materials and modules
- Support HC projects related to talent development and engagement
- Maintain recruitment and training documentation and databases
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential data responsibility
Job Requirements :
- Final year student or Fresh Graduate in Psychology, Management, or related field
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential data responsibility
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
