Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment & selection process to provide qualified human capital and enhance organizational performance in the relevant departments.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Maintain the information update for industry trends and best recruitment practices to improve the recruitment process and ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.
- Conduct research to identify best practices and innovative approaches in employer branding activity.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within the company to translate the job requirements into qualified and potential talent.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree of Psychology, Communication Science, or Business/Management-related.
- Having experiences of 1-2 years in Talent Acquisition. Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
- Proven understanding and/or experience in talent acquisition activities, including but not limited to CV screening, active talent sourcing using various job portal (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints), and interview techniques (CBI, BEI).
- Qualified individual with a good interpersonal skills, customer-service orientation, communication skills, problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and high adaptability & agility.
- Ready for working placement (WFO) at Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta.
