Job Description
- Research and source for best-fit candidates.
- Understand end-to-end recruitment process and job requirements.
- Post ads in job portals and social media.
- Assist in talent/market mapping – research of potential candidate.
- Source and screen for candidates, sit-in for phone interviews and join senior consultants for face to face/video interviews.
- Prepare profiles for shortlisted candidates.
- Any administrative duties as assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
Job Requirements :
- Min Bachelor Degree, Fresh Graduates / Semester 6-8 are open to apply
- 3 – 6 months internship
- Required full time : Mon – Fri (Hybrid)
- Good Communication
- Willing to learn and improve
