Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, including sourcing. screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Identify and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and recruitment vendors
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for technical and site-based positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes between candidates and stakeholders
  • Support onboarding activities, including document collection and pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and documentation
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and industry standards
  • Stay updated on hiring trends, particularly in mining and heavy industry sectors

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply)
  • Experience handling mass hiring or technical roles (engineering, site-based roles) is highly preferred
  • Familiar with recruitment tools (job portals, Linkedin, ATS, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple hiring demands
  • Able to work immediately with WFO arrangement
