Job Description
- Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify key talent across target industries and functions
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs
- Identify, analyze, and track competitor talent movements and market trends
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
- Maintain and continuously update talent database, mapping reports, and trackers
- Provide insights and reports to support business development and strategic hiring decisions
Job Requirements :
- Final year students or fresh graduates majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Management, or any related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Has strong interest in recruitment and human resources
- Fluent in English is considered a plus!
Working arrangement:
- Hybrid (2x WFO & 3x WFH/week)
- You’ll receive fixed allowance!
- Location: SCBD, South Jakarta
- Duration: 3 Months (can be extended for campus internship)
