- Assist in organizing Growth Conversations, workshops, and learning sessions.
- Help track progress and gather insights on development initiatives.
- Contribute fresh ideas to make growth feel more person-al and inspiring.
Talent Acquisition
- Support end-to-end recruitment, from crafting job posts that sound like us to helping screen potential hires.
- Be part of onboarding projects that make new joiners feel welcomed, not overwhelmed.
- Bring creative ideas on how to find and attract the right kind of people, those who feel like MOP material.
People Operations
- Support the day-to-day backbone of the HR function, documentation, data management, and admin tasks that keep the company running smoothly.
- Help simplify processes so people can focus on doing their best work.
Job Requirements :
- A recent graduate with a background in Psychology, Business, or Human Resources.
- Curious about people, what drives them, what connects them, and what helps them grow.
- Strong communication skills with a tone that feels genuine, not scripted.
- Organized, observant, and proactive, the type who spots details and asks “why” before doing.
- Comfortable balancing structure and spontaneity in a fast-moving environment.
- Preferably able to work on-site in Jakarta, keeping pace with a creative and energetic team.
