Job Description
- Manage employee-related administrations: onboarding, existing and offboarding process (e.g.: create contracts, letters, employee movement and termination documents)
- Assist with various HR-related tasks, such as payroll administration and performance management initiatives.
- Maintain and update the employee databases to reflect the latest organizational updates & changes, including personnel administration and HRIS management.
Job Requirements :
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Experience as an HR Intern is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Meticulous, well-organized and a strong willingness to learn.
- Demonstrates high ownership with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
