Job Description
- Assist day-to-day HRGA function
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies & procedures
- Promote positive and inclusive work culture aligned with company goals
- Execute payroll and benefits administration
- Identify training needs and create development programs
- Develop and oversee employee appraisal systems
- Manage onboarding process and support performance reviews
Job Requirements :
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Understand regulations related to HR field and company’s operations
- Preferably with HR experience
- Can join ASAP
- South Jakarta ( Work From Office )
- Monday – Friday (7.30 am – 4.30 pm)
