Job Description
- Create and manage job postings across various channels, including LinkedIn, career pages, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen applications and actively source potential candidates who align with our hiring needs and company values.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Support and coordinate the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and talent pool to support current and future hiring needs.
- Assist the team in analyzing people acquisition data and generating insights to improve hiring strategies.
Job Requirements :
- Fresh graduate or final year students of Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably from Psychology)
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. Having relevant experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Sourcing internships is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- A detail-oriented mindset and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter Platform is a plus.
- A willingness to learn and contribute to the success of the team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
