Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring administration.
- Coordinate manpower needs and support HR programs across Head Office and branches.
- Support training and development programs, including Training Need Analysis (TNA), training execution, and development monitoring.
- Assist talent management and career development initiatives.
- Support performance management processes, including KPI administration and performance appraisal cycles.
- Assist organizational development activities such as job description updates, organizational data, and HR documentation.
- Support compensation and benefit administration as well as HR reporting.
- Assist handling employee relations matters in accordance with company policy and labor regulations.
- Support employee engagement programs, internal communication, and company activities.
- Ensure HR processes are implemented in accordance with SOP and company regulations.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in HR is a plus.
- Have good organizational, coordination, and administrative skills.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical thinking.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and strong integrity.
- Willing to learn and develop in HR field.
