Job Description
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes (candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling) in a fast-paced and dynamic timeline;
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers/users to understand rapidly changing hiring needs;
- Assist in executing effective and timely onboarding for new employees;
- Manage and update employee databases accurately and in real time;
- Be involved in the development and execution of employee training & engagement programs;
- Handle Human Capital administrative tasks efficiently in a high-volume, fast-moving work environment;
- Support ad-hoc Human Capital projects based on business needs and company priorities;
- Actively contribute ideas for HR process improvements to make them more agile, lean, and impactful.
Job Requirements :
- Fresh graduate or final-year student (Psychology, Management, or related majors);
- Strong multitasking skills, fast learner, and comfortable working under tight deadlines;
- Agile mindset, adaptable to change, and a problem solver;
- Communicative, proactive, and able to work collaboratively;
- Strong interest and passion in the Human Capital / HR field.
