Job Description
- End-to-End Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative channels.
- Initial Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates meet the core requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Manage interview schedules and serve as a bridge between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Employer Branding: Support social media initiatives to showcase BSS culture and attract high-quality talent
- Database Management: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up-to date and maintain organized recruitment records
Job Requirements :
- Final-year university student or fresh graduate in Psychology.
- Language Skills: fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong communication skills, proactive, and a team player.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and familiar with LinkedIn as a professional tool
- Location: Sampoerna Strategic Square, Jl. Jend Sudirman, Jakarta
- Duration: 3–6 months
