Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for HQ and operational roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to fulfill manpower needs and meet hiring timelines.
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
- Conduct screenings, interviews, and coordinate hiring & onboarding processes.
- Support employer branding SE initiatives and maintain talent pipelines.
- Prepare basic recruitment report and ensure hiring SLA is met.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related fields.
- Min. 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
- Experienced in high-volume hiring and fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, interview and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiar with ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portals.
