Job Description
- Assisting end to end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate coordination, and onboarding support.
- Supporting human capital administration, such as employee data management, documentation, and reporting.
- Supporting daily HR operations and internal coordination.
- Assisting other human capital activities as needed.
Job Requirements :
- Final year students from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related majors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Well organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Placement: Central Jakarta (Work From Office)
- Duration: 3 months
