Job Description

Support niche and specialized hiring, especially roles that need strong market mapping, thoughtful candidate approach, and close collaboration with stakeholders. Also be involved in building and running our employer branding initiatives as we grow.

 

The scope will mainly support business roles, and may expand to operational roles as the team grows.

Job Requirements :

  • Have around 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (internship experience counts)
  • Have exposure to headhunting, agency, or search-based recruitment
  • Have been involved in employer branding work. Content, campaigns, or other initiatives
  • Are comfortable approaching passive candidates and handling niche roles
  • Are curious, proactive, and enjoy improving systems
  • 1 year contract
