Job Description

In this role, you’ll be involved in end to end hiring, from market mapping and approaching passive candidates to working closely with hiring managers and supporting employer branding initiatives. You’ll also have the opportunity to improve and build recruitment processes as we continue to grow.

Job Requirements :

  • Is a fresh graduate with internship experience in recruitment
  • Has exposure to headhunting / agency / search based hiring
  • Has been involved in employer branding initiatives (content, events, or campaigns)
  • Is confident in approaching passive candidates and handling niche roles
  • Is proactive, curious, and enjoys improving systems
