- Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
- Assist in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines
- Support consultants with job postings, shortlisting, and client updates
Job Requirements :
- Based in Bali (mandatory)
- 0–1 year experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Interest in recruitment, hospitality, or professional services sectors
