- Menjalankan proses rekrutmen end-to-end
- Mengelola dan memastikan onboarding new joiner berjalan lancar
- Melakukan monitoring & evaluasi new joiner selama masa probation
- Mengelola absensi, cuti, dan data kehadiran karyawan
- Mendukung administrasi HR lainnya sesuai kebutuhan tim
Job Requirements :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi / Manajemen SDM / jurusan terkait
- Fresh Graduate dipersilakan melamar / pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang HR
- Memahami proses recruitment, onboarding, evaluasi probation/new joiner, dan absensi
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan data, sistem absensi, dan administrasi HR
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan mampu berkoordinasi dengan berbagai stakeholder
- Detail-oriented, rapi, dan terorganisir
- Mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim
- Bersedia bekerja on-site
