Job Description
- Data management; recording, maintain and updating all HR related documents and database
- Conduct end to end recruitment from personnel request up until new employee onboarding
- Maintain employee contract and in charge of employee’s contract agreement
- Personnel administration
- Provides employee counseling and sharing session
- Assist and maintain data required for payroll
- Maintain employees attendance record (employees on leave, sick, etc)
- Ensures compliance along with the company regulation and procedures
- Managing BPJS from employee registration until monthly contributions
- In charge on company’s internal memo and announcement
- In charge on employees working environment and needs
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Develop training and development program
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree from HR Management, Psychology, Law or related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Great critical thinking
- Responsive and good problem solver
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines
- Able to keep all confidential documents and data
