Job Description
- Ensure payroll processes are carried out in accordance with company procedures
- Manage attendance data and integrate it with payroll processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Organize and maintain payroll documents (softcopy)
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll
- Prepare monthly reports and distribute payslips
- Support the implementation of ISO 9001:2015
- Perform other payroll-related tasks as required
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or D4 Accounting, Psychology, management, etc
- Proficient in Excel
