Job Description
- Manage the full hiring process (job posting/sourcing, screening, and interviewing).
- Assist in training & development programs, including reviewing materials and scheduling sessions.
- Support the performance evaluation process.
- Handle HR administration, including employee databases, benefits, and employment contracts.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or other related fields.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR administration, and labor regulations.
- Excellent communication skills; detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
