Job Description
- Post job vacancies across multiple platforms (Job portals & social media)
- Assist the team in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels
- Conduct preliminary interviews for several positions (interns & store crew)
- Manage nage candidate communication, including sending interview invitations and follow-ups, to ensure a smooth recruitment experience
- Assist in administrative and logistical support for other HR People & Culture projects or events as needed
Job Requirements :
- Currently a student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Interested in and have a basic understanding of the recruitment process
- Familiar with Google Workspace & Microsoft Office, with basic English writing skills
- Have a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset
- Willing to commit to a 4-month internship
- Willing to work fully on-site in Bintaro, South Tangerang
