Job Description
- Carry out the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Coordinate with the OS (Outsourcing) team and Users regarding the manpower needs for each request.
- Prepare all necessary tools for new employees.
- Coordinate and assist in ensuring smooth payroll processes.
- Perform payment administration (if required).
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
- Having internship experience as a Human Resource.
- Experience in a logistic, warehousing, or transportations company is a plus.
- Multitasking, Agile, commitment and responsible.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Able to join ASAP
