Job Description
- Conducting needs assessments to determine training requirements.
- Designing and developing tailored solutions according to client needs.
- Delivering integrated solutions such as training, assessment, and recruitment for participants.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align training with business goals.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest learning tools and techniques.
- Providing guidance and support to staff in their professional development.
- Creating an environment that promotes continuous learning and development.
- Monitoring and reporting on learning and development activities and outcomes.
- Seat-in with client during project implementation to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Learning Consultant, HR Consultant, Training Coordinator, Assessment Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of training methods, teaching techniques, and learning program design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create professional presentation decks for clients.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to design, facilitate, and deliver engaging training programs.
- Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement when required for client meetings.
- Based in Jakarta or surrounding areas to accommodate offline sessions.
- Willing to join immediately (ASAP).
