Job Description

  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Handle employee administration and data using Talenta HRIS.
  • Process payroll, including overtime, deductions, and allowances.
  • Administer and report BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan.
  • Monitor employee attendance and work schedules.
  • Support other HR activities such as contract management and performance evaluation.

Job Requirements :

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, or Law.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems (Talenta preferred).
  • Knowledge of BPJS, payroll, and recruitment processes.
  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and a strong team player.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Female candidates are preferred.
