Job Description
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing).
- Maintain good relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Manage a database of potential candidates and recruitment pipelines.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media) for candidate sourcing.
- Collaborate in creating and developing engaging content related to company culture, values, and employee testimonials for digital platforms (website, social media, etc.).
Job Requirements :
- Fresh graduate or a minimum of 7th-semester student majoring in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- Highly curious and hardworking.
- Up to date with current digital content trends.
- Creative, innovative, and able to think strategically.
- Understanding of recruitment platforms is a plus.
- Previous experience in a related field is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the healthcare or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Location: Hybrid (preferably based in Yogyakarta)
