- Engage in transparent discussions about core HR processes, moving beyond theory to understand the real-world challenges and ethical considerations of the profession.
- Execute essential tasks—including scheduling and documentation—with a focus on creating a seamless and supportive experience for every candidate and employee you interact with.
- Rapidly adapt to the needs of the department by assisting in data collection and reporting, providing the flexible support required to drive recruitment and various HR functions.
- Observe and actively contribute to HR programs, keeping the employee’s perspective at the forefront to ensure our initiatives truly resonate with the team.
- Honestly reflect on your 3-month journey and demonstrate your ability to pivot and apply your new skills through a comprehensive final evaluation.
Job Requirements :
- Recent graduate (S1) from any major, preferably Psychology, Management, or related fields.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Willing to commit to the full 1-month program, including assigned tasks and assessments.
- Eager to learn, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
- Available to work from the Gading Serpong & Pluit office (based on arrangement).
