Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee data and HR systems.
- Support HR administrative tasks including attendance, contracts, and documentation.
- Assist in employee relations, training, and development activities.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Management/Law or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Setiabudi, South Jakarta
