Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
- Communicate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure candidate alignment.
- Conduct interviews, facilitate decision making for hiring managers, and prepare offering letters.
- Support new employees’ onboarding and probation period to ensure smooth integration.
- Plan and deliver internal training sessions, occasionally performing as a speaker or MC.
- Handle additional recruitment related projects, including university partnerships and job fairs.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for employee retention strategies.
- Support recruitment needs for the Management Trainee Program.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and training.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and Job Posting platforms.
- Experience in training planning and execution.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willing to travel for business trips when required.
