Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering).
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and manage recruitment reports.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition (minimum 1 years preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
