Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering).
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and manage recruitment reports.
Job Requirements :
- Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition (minimum 1 years preferred)
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
