Job Description
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend learning solutions.
- Design and develop relevant and engaging learning materials.
- Facilitate training sessions and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
- Manage training logistics, records, and documentation.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar HR role.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiar with LMS or e-learning tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and administrative skills with high accuracy.
- Highly organized, adaptable, open-minded, and eager to learn in dynamic environments.
