Job Description
- Manage employee administration and payroll data
- Handle monthly payroll (attendance, allowances, deductions, overtime, bonuses)
- Administer BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan and calculate/report PPh 21
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee data
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, payroll, and compensation & benefits
- Knowledge of payroll calculation, BPJS, and PPh 21
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS
