Service Duration

Our recruitment service is designed to be efficient yet thorough, with an estimated completion time of up to 30 – 60 working days, starting from the job analysis meeting with the client’s hiring team. The actual duration may vary depending on the complexity of the role, market availability of talent, and response time from the client during the process.

Fee Structure

Our recruitment service fees are as follows:

  • Rp3.000.000 per candidate for roles requiring less than 3 years of experience
  • Rp5.000.000 per candidate for roles requiring 3 or more years of experience
