Job Description
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Assist in document preparation for onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support scheduling and logistics for new hire orientations.
- Help maintain employee digital files and ensure data is up to date
HR Administrative Support
- Provide support in managing external workforce documentation (e.g., contract copies, trackers).
- Help track status of deployments, contract extensions, and terminations.
- Assist in filing vendor documents, such as POs and invoices.
Learning & Development Assistance
- Help coordinate logistics for local training sessions (venue booking, attendance tracking, material preparation).
- Assist in communication with participants and post-training feedback compilation.
Event & Project Support
- Assist in preparing and executing HR-led events (e.g., employee engagement activities, town halls, etc.).
- Support HR project initiatives related to digitalization, automation, or simplification of existing HR processes.
Job Requirements :
- Fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Able to work in hybrid environment and commit to the full 6-month period.
