Job Description
- Oversee the comprehensive end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, which includes job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and negotiation of offers.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding procedures effectively.
- Employ a diverse range of sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, networking opportunities, and industry events, to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from candidates.
- Compiling and maintaining comprehensive employment master data pertinent to the recruitment process, along with monitoring and reporting on the progress of hiring initiatives.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in recruitment, with significant exposure to the recruitment processes within an Agency or Digital industry.
- Having the ability to use psychological assessment tools and hiring platforms is an advantage.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills are imperative.
- Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
