Job Description
- Maintain employee records and documents
- Manage day-to-day HR admin tasks (databases, in/out letters, etc.)
- Handle general admin and coordination tasks
- Track and process attendance and leave requests
- Assist in handling payroll processes
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role
- Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Good communication and coordination skills
