Job Description
- Create and post job for IT positions through platforms such as KitaLulus, Glints, JobStreet, and LinkedIn
- Conduct initial CV screening, interviews, schedule technical tests and user interviews
- Manage and regularly update the internal candidate database
- Organize and maintain candidate data in a neat and systematic manner for talent pipeline needs
- Perform candidate sourcing through job platforms (KitaLulus, Glints, JobStreet, LinkedIn)
Job Requirements :
- Fresh graduate from Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Interested and understands the basic knowledge of roles in the technology/information (IT) field
- Has been involved in recruitment processes during internships or campus activities (e.g., organizational recruitment, volunteering, or HR-related projects)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Placement: Depok, Jawa Barat
- Arrangement: Hybrid (3 WFO)
- Duration: Agustus – Oktober
