- Partner with Operations leaders to manage employee performance and growth
- Support end-to-end recruitment, retention, and succession planning initiatives
- Drive employee engagement programs and build a collaborative, positive work culture
- Assist in manpower planning to ensure optimal team structure and resource allocation.
Job Requirements :
- Proven experience in HRBP or other relevant HR roles
- Proven track record in performance management, recruitment, and employee relations
- Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
