- Mengelola dan melaksanakan program pelatihan karyawan,
- Menyusun dan memelihara HR dokumen
- Mengelola recruitment. administrasi
Job Requirements :
- Pendidikan S1 Jurusan Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, Hukum,
- Berpengalaman minimal 1 Tahun sebagai HR Recruitment Development, &
- Memahami end to end proses recruitment dan pelaksanaan training,
- Mahir mengoperasikan Ms Office terutama Excel,
- Mampu mengoperasikan HRIS Talenta menjadi nilai plus,
- Komunikatif, Inisiatif bertanggung jawab. dan
