- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by aligning HR practices with operational goals.
- Provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations to management.

- Lead and support the full performance management cycle
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, specifically in performance management or a related function.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
- Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of KPI design, performance evaluation frameworks, and employee development processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- High attention to detail with excellent organization and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS knowledge is a plus.
