- Handle end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interview, onboarding
- Maintain and update employee database and administrative documents
Job Requirements :
- Must have strong recruitment channels, especially in sales and retail sectors (because we need to recruit a lot of people in short deadline)
- Fast learner and highly adaptable
- Minimum D3/S1 (Majors in Psychology or Management preferred)
- Detail-oriented and experienced in managing employee data
- Good communication skills and interview techniques master
