Job Description

  • Assist with Recruitment for certain roles: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, until Onboarding
  • Employer Branding: Help plan, execute, and manage employer branding initiatives to enhance our company’s presence on social media, job boards, and other platforms.
  • Assist the HR team in Planning, developing, and proposing creative ideas for employee engagement activities that enhance employee involvement and satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

  • Final year student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and employer branding.
  • Have good communication skills, proactive, and confident.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Basic editing skill with tools such as Capcut or other editing tools for employer branding purposes.
  • Willing to be on-site at West Jakarta
