Job Description
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Support candidate screening, interview coordination, and documentation.
- Help manage recruitment databases and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and employer branding projects.
Job Requirements :
- Final year student from any major.
- Interested in sourcing, HR, and recruitment.
- Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Available to star immediately and commit for at least 3 months (commission-based internship).
