Job Description
- Monitor daily employee attendance and ensure punctuality using HRIS and related systems
- Organize team assignments via depot portal based on attendance or directions from the Excellence Team
- Act as Event Shift Coordinator, ensuring schedules are met and communication runs smoothly with the Event Team
- Create and manage picket schedules for depot and field teams
- Provide regular attendance reports and activity summaries to support decision-making and performance evaluations
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Admin / Generalist
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Proficient in using HRIS and general computer operations
- Comfortable with tools like Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, or similar workspaces
- Willing to work on a shift schedule (Monday–Saturday)
- Able to work using own laptop
- Age between 21– 28 years old
- Preferred domicile: Jabodetabek area
