Job Description

  • Design and update job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels.
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract potential candidates.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Interview candidates.
  • Advertise job openings on Rocketindo career page, social media, job boards among others.
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Flexible for changes, a team player with high AQ.
  • General knowledge of HR practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and earn credibility with line managers.
  • Analytical and problem solving experience and ability to work in an agile, fast paced growing office environment necessary.
  • Professional English proficiency both verbal and written.
  • Capable and willing to act as an agent to make changes happen.
  • Ability to work effectively with highly confidential information.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multi-task while effectively addressing day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Work, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
