Job Description
- Update new employee information, changes to employee information, employee transfers and dismissals (Recruitment, Orientation&Onboarding and Exit Interview).
- Monitoring the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and Company Regulations.
- Conflict Management, Company Culture Development, HR Project Management.
- Carrying out training/coaching/counseling and sharing sessions (Employee Development).
- Carry out the end to end recruitment process.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Have min. 1 year experience in human resources management or related field, fresh graduate are welcome.
- Familiar with industry best practices and understanding of employment law.
- Familiarity with HR technology, Human resource management systems, latest HR software
- Understand professional ethics, good communication skills and problem solving abilities.
- Have problem solving abilities.
- Experience in leading, motivating and managing teams is a plus
