Job Description

  •  Support Recruitment Efforts: Assist in the E2E recruitment process by sourcing potential candidates through various channels, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to schedule interviews and coordinate communication with applicants
  • Maintain Recruitment Database: Manage and update the recruitment database or applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and current information. Ensure data integrity and organise candidate profiles, recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless recruitment workflow
  • Assist in Job Posting and Advertising: Aid in drafting engaging job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and attractiveness to potential candidates. Coordinate with marketing or HR teams to post openings on relevant job boards, career websites, and social media platforms
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as organizing interview schedules, phone screening results, and conducting reference checks. Ensure a smooth and efficient process for candidates and the recruiting team
  • Learn and Adapt: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and evolving recruitment technologies. Embrace learning opportunities to enhance skills in talent acquisition and contribute fresh perspectives to the team
  • You’ll collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team and will also extend to collaborating with other departments or teams, contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives, and fostering relationships to support the broader organizational objectives

Job Requirements :

  • Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources,Psychology, or a related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact with candidates, team members, and various stakeholders effectively
